What happens if i'm not at home for my delivery?

Our courier partners will notify you by email and or sms with details for when your delivery will take place. Please ensure you have someone you trust available to sign and receive your order.


If this is not possible, you are able to change the delivery address before it is handed to the courier. 


If you miss the delivery, the courier will get in touch with you to re-arrange delivery the following day.


A second failed delivery could result in additional charges and the possibility of the goods being returned to warehouse resulting in further delays.
